1001 Nights is one of the latest projects by A-CERO. It´s about a familiar house located in the outskirts urbanization of Madrid. 2100m2 built up space on a plot of 7,000m2, stands with a high-level design that responds to the exacting demands from the owners. The whole building is “dressed” in black villar granite stones, its sculptural elements are example of A-cero style. As for the outdoor furniture, the owner bets for the sofas, table and sun loungers of the Rest collection, supplemented by the planters “Alma”, all designed by A-cero for the company VONDOM. In the garden, following the dream of the owners there are palm trees, pip garnet fruit trees and Middle East vegetation. Large curved volumes bring into line with the facade of the house forming a camouflage whole with the exterior landscape. Thus a sensation of movement between the walls, counteracting the straight lines of the covering is created. The wide porch area serves to the beach area of the swimming pool. At night, the house comes alive, thanks to an elaborated lighting system that lights up in different colors.
